Sažetak
This paper gives an overview of the complex group dynamics between the absences from group psychotherapy and activities of the participants in psychodrama psychotherapy group by their entries in the role of protagonist. The objective was to determine whether there was a statistically significant difference between the group of students and the group of outpatients participating in this study on the basis of parameters of group resistance. Psychodrama psychotherapy was organized in two separate groups: the group of 20 students without psychiatric symptoms and the group of 20 outpatient subjects diagnosed with mild or moderate unipolar depression. The same psychotherapist led both groups during the four-month period, with the total of 30 psychodrama sessions in each group. The results of statistical analysis show that although students had one absence from group psychotherapy session more than outpatient participants and compared to them they had less entries into the role of protagonist, there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups (students and outpatient participants) in the number of absences from group psychotherapy (t = 1.442, p> 0.05), as well as in the number of sessions in which they were in the role of protagonist (t = -0.56, p> 0.05).
