Improvement of cutting process in accordance with process disturbances
Turning disturbances are most frequently caused by tool condition. Analysis of data obtained from sensors on tool helps to examine the static and dynamic behavior of the tool as well as its influence on the cutting process. The main goal is fast cognition of force and vibration as a consequence of the process disturbances which reflects to certain product quality. The results can be applied in process control system and can be basis for decisions concerning the product quality.
