Information subsystem accompanying failures on machines centres

Base on the list accompanying failures on the maching centres and according to requires for series of statistical values about their functioning the information subsystem is presented here. The model used in Entity-Relationship (E-R) and has been transmited by normalisation to the relationship model realised on the PC by means od DBase 3 plus. Such information subsystem enables analyst to establish efficiently and reliably the parameters (number of failures according to their kind, mean value of standstills, failure intensity, renewal intensity) necessary for correct maintenance and failure prognostication at the machining centres.
