Acute ileus caused by anomalies of rotation and fixation of the bowel presents the specific pathologic feature with feasibility for differential diagnostc dysfunction in radiological reports obtained in the course of conventional radiological studies of the gastrointestinal tract. Authors present 144 patients who werw registered during 10 year period with clinical and radiological presentation of acute ileus caused by anomalies of intestinal rotation and fixation.
