VISCOSITY B-COEFFICIENT FOR SODIUM CHLORIDE IN AQUEOUS BINARY MIXTURES OF 1, 4-DIOXANE
Viscosities of sodium chloride have been measured in binary mixtures of 1, 4-dioxane with water (mole fraction of dioxane, xD = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20) at nine temperatures from (278.15 to 318.15) K and at six molalities of NaCl from about (0.05 to 0.3) mol kg–1. The viscosity data have been analyzed using the empirical equation of Jones-Dole.

Dear Participants of the Conference MPC'14, dear Colleagues, Please find enclosed the updated Conference Program. The scientists from the following 25 countries (Algeria, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Yemen) have submitted their abstracts. We take the opportunity to express our gratitude to all of them. Unfortunately, taking into account the current situation in Ukraine, many colleagues decided to cancel their participation. From our side we cannot guarantee that the present crisis will be resolved at the planned time of the conference, so that it is expected that the states and institutions of many foreign participants will deny their participation. Therefore, after consulting with the IUPAC Secretariat, the Organizing Committee decided to postpone the Conference by 1 year and to fix the new date, June 26-30, 2015. We express our deepest excuses to all the participants for the caused uneasiness which is independent of any measure we could take, and we hope that in June 2015 we will meet in Kharkiv.
