The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the best marketing practice regarding food and beverage products in the tourism industry. Typical regional food and beverage products are not only ordinary goods, they are transmitters of the culture and national heritage and deserve to be specially valuated. Regional production has a crucial role in gastronomic tourism, which can be very useful for creating a destination image on the demanding tourism market. In order to promote regional F&B products, different methods of sales promotion can be used.
