Trade Unions and the Economic Crisis in Europe: Croatian Perspective

The authors explained the effects of the economic crisis in Crotia as well as the unionization in Croatia.The main focus is on the results of Grgurev/Vukorepa (December 2013/January 2014)research on the role of trade unions in Croatia in the time of economic crisis. In their concluding remarks the authors emphasized the need for more homogeneity of trade union scene as a prerequisite for an efficien social dialogue with a purpose to find solutions and in that way to help employer to address the crisis in a socially responsible way.
