Public Procurement Law: Limitations, Opportunities and Paradoxes ; Croatian Report

The paper is a report on Croatian legislation, case law and administrative practice in the field of EU public procurement. The report explains the administrative law context of public procurement regulation in Croatia, explores the boundaries of EU law and the application of general principles of EU law in this area. Furtheremore, it is examined if public procurement is strategically used and what kind of remedies are used for breach of public procurement rules.
