Sažetak
A procedure has been developed for the determination of elemental concentrations in biological samples (bone material) of various shapes and thicknesses. The best irradiation conditions for the used energy dispersive X-ray system were determined. A routine is presented for the quantitative analysis of different biological samples. The application of the procedure to the trace element analysis of auditory ossicles samples is described.
