Direct mapping of symbolic DNA sequence into frequency domain in global repeat map algorithm

We create a new Global repeat map algorithm based on the use of complete K-string ensemble that enables a new method of direct mapping of symbolic DNA sequence into frequency domain with straightforward identification of repeats. Our method is extremely robust to mutations in DNA sequience.
