Sažetak
Main issues in ensuring structural safety and optimal operational performance of a wind turbine are: desired relatively long desing life, sensitivity of structure on vibration and resonance, wind loads are non-deterministic with significant time variations and micro-location loads dependence. Experimental procedure is presented in the paper, in order to validate numerical model used and upgrade it in further research to simulate response of wind turbine tower subjected to external loads.
