Modern Contracts: Franchising, Factoring, Financial Leasing

The paper analyses the law and practice of franchising, factoring and financial leasing contract in Croatia. For each contract the paper provides a short survey of their development and acceptance in Croatia, scope of specific contract-related legislation, current literature and case-law. It than addresses the basic elements of each contract. Finally, the paper concludes with the analysis of the current status and proposals for future regulation. The same Volume also offers comparative analysis of franchising contract in the region of South-east Europe and translation of both reports (Croatian and comparative report) into Serbian language.
