Problem of Obtaining Boost Converter Bifurcation Model for Hysteretic Behaviour
The hysteretic bifurcation behaviour of the chosen boost converter is identified by measurements. The different sets of steady-state responses are recognized by changing tendency of varying the input voltage. Verification of the proposed mathematical model of the boost converter was done by comparing waveforms of the state variables for characteristic steady-state responses. The results of computer simulation and results of measurements coincide very well for decreasing the input voltage only. Impact of initial conditions of state variables was studied by using two-parameter bifurcation diagrams.
