Sažetak
An investigation for determining optimum construction technology for concrete surface preparation before repair works was done. Experimental work was carried out on concrete blocks prepared on-site. Quality of damaged concrete, surface preparation technology (hidrodemolition, sandblasting, mechanical pneumatic) and types of repair concrete are parameters which were varied in this investigation. Pull-off test, roughness measurements and structure analysis by microscope are used testing methods. All test results were analyzed based on criteria of correlation of individual test results and based on the newly introduced criterion for the adhesion of concrete repair materials. An analysis of getting results suggest optimum construction technology for repair works depending on the concrete quality in existing structure and type of repair concrete. Results obtained in this study may be of great significance for the performance of repair works on bridge decks, concrete pavements, and similar structural elements.
