Implementation of crisis strategies in Croatian companies
At the present time when companies operate in a volatile and dynamic conditions, there is an increasing interest in research of crisis management. Companies rely on the strategy in response to the crisis, whose responsibility is to mitigate damages, or complete recovery operations. Within implementation of these strategies, extremely important is department of crisis management with the task of using a variety of instruments in crisis situations, but also managing employees the best way. Research conducted in Croatian companies showed that they are well prepared for the crisis, but the methods they use in the times of crisis are generally restrictive, and crisis management as organizational function is still undeveloped.
