Sažetak
The paper presents a list of international standards that are necessary in testing, calibration and assessment of measuring uncertainty for geodetic devices. The standards and their applications in the field of geodetic activities are described. There are also mathematical expressions given needed for the complete test of examining the electronic tacheometer according to the standard ISO 17123-5:2005. In the practical part of the work there is the field procedure of testing the electronic tacheometer Leica TC600 described according to the complete test of the standard ISO 17123-5:2005. For the purpose of automating the testing of the precision of electronic tacheometer according to this standard, the programme Tacheometer_ISO was developed. The processing of measurement data yielded standard deviations: sISO-TACH-xy and sISO-TACH-z. At the end of the paper, the results obtained from statistical testing of measurement data are presented.
