The book “Globalisation, Efficiency and Sustainability of Health Care Systems” is a result of co-authors’ years-long work on the research of problems and development perspectives of health systems. The book is composed of five parts, i.e. chapters: 1. Health care systems in the function of preserving and improving health, 2. Interconnectedness of health, health care systems and economic development, 3. Governance for health, 4. Optimum choice of health care funding and 5. Adjustments of health care systems to contemporary development challenges.
