The Areas and Scope of Consumer Protection in the Republic of Croatia

During the last nine years in the Republic of Croatia, due to the war and all the events linked to the war, basic human rights have been violated. It is therefore not surprising that consumer rights have also been violated. The aim of this article is to make a comparative analysis of consumerist movements and consumer initivatives in the world of the areas and scope of consumer protection in the Republic of Croatia and of the consequences of consumer initiatives on the changes in the legislative and business culture in the Republic of Croatia.
