Sažetak
N this paper we present our solution of using ICT and ubiquitous computing with the goal of reducing traffic congestion during the peek hours. The solution is in presenting intelligent recommender system that is based on the combination of several machine learning techniques used for traffic density estimation, and recommending the optimal period for accessing the crossroad. We describe the design and implementation of that system, and also perform a simulation that shows its usefulness.
