Internet marketing as business concept in textile industry
Internet as a business tool is not globally widespread as it should be due to reasons mentioned in paper. According to those reasons, it is clear that Internet is globally not available to everyone, but despite that, companies that operate either regionally or globally are increasingly using online modalities of operations, because otherwise they wouldn't be considered as a serious competition. Any company that intends to expand the business (not just global) must use the concept of Internet marketing as a significant force presentation of its products and brands. Main question for this paper is whether the company can rely on e-marketing to even partially ensure proper business operation. So, this paper analyzes some application circumstances of e- marketing and use of e-commerce in the sectors of textile industry. The results of research suggest very restricted possibilities of use and application of e-marketing concept in the textile industry of Croatia.
