In our work we have studied QSPR and QSAR of some phthalimides with isoxasolone or pyrasolone rings, hydroxamic acids and other substituents.By using the methods of molecular modeling, the relationships between structure, properties and activity of these compounds were investogated.The best QSPR/QSAR models were obtained using valence connectivity index or combination of indices.
