Mechanical and Mathematical Modelling on Contact Problem

This article represents mechanical and mathematical approach for numerical modelling on contact problem. Due to contact problem without friction some basic mechanical laws have to be considered. Therefore, with simple one-dimensional model, analysis can be made by using contact kinematics, contact static and contact energy. If friction between surfaces of contact is considered then Coulomb friction law has to be added.
