Sažetak
Development of e-learning within academic institutions and businesses is a project of a paramount importance for the functioning of the institutions. Use of e-learning advantages moves the boundaries of the education horizontally, as well as vertically. By enabling the use of multimedia learning objects we broaden and enrich the existing programs horizontally. Vertically, we are opening the boundaries of formal education towards the life-long education. The use of ICT technology includes the professors, instructors, and students into the digital society which provides the yet unforeseen possibilities. I believe that the projects of development of e- learning framework will continue, by using the new knowledge brought about by ICT technology, as well as existing experiences. Development of new programs, and opening to the working market will prompt the connection of the universities with the business by providing them with the new programs developed in concurrence with the market needs.
