PRESENTATION OF AUTOCHTONOUS ENOGASTRONOMIC OFFER

To the enogastronomic offer of Croatia has lately been given increased attention with the aim of enriching tourism and attracting tourists. Modern tourists want to know the culture and identity of the local population during their journey, and this is through the wine and food offer. Enogastronomic presents a set of related activities in the primary production of viticulture and agriculture, processing or treatment of products from primary production and presentation and serving of food and wine. Croatia has in recent years, due to its exceptional tourist attraction, become a top destination for summer vacations, and it is positioned in the global market as a Mediterranean destination. Croatian autochthonous cuisine can conditionally be divided into continental and Mediterranean. It is in the diversity of these two cuisines reflects the diversity and richness of its large table that today we are proud to offer both domestic and foreign tourists.
