FUTURE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT
Contemporary approach to entrepreneurship in tourism as an important business branch in Republic of Croatia, includes specific trends of information technology and its use in all spheres of work and activity of a hotel firm. Besides, this approach requires of the modern entrepreneur making of new tourist products with which the hotel business presents itself on the inconstant tourist markets (resists competition and reaches success as planned), as well as education and permanent training of each employee. The future and power of entrepreneurship is based on moving initiative of the whole economical organism of a state. Nevertheless, it happens that certain economies grow faster than others, so the logical question is raised "Why is it so?". The answer is very simple and clear, some national economies have recognized the stregth of entrepreneurship and have given space to it by letting it enter all economical pores. It is about tourism- orientated countries that have a clear vision of their own development and improvement. National economies that have a clearly defined vision of their goals, avoid, as a rule, low competition on tourist markets, unemployment in turism and hotel management, low entrepreneurship activity, enterprises with low growth potential, low productivity, centralized public discussion and regionally development disequilibrium. On the other hand, foreign countries with administrative barriers, undeveloped financial market, uncoordinated government policy cannot build a clear vision and strategy of their own development of tourism and hotel management.
