PREREQUISITE CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN CROATIA ON ITS PATH TOWARDS EUROPEAN UNION

In this paper it's examined, from the theoretical and professional aspect, a contemporary notional order and characteristics of an enterpreneur and enterpreneurship in combination with talent, knowledge, and personal competences of an individual and quality capital. Special accent is given to the prerequisite conditions of enterpreneur in Croatia which will be compared with achievements of European Union on that same field. The areas of state and legal system of a hotel company are analyzed in details, but also the agricultural, financial and social policies then education, science, technology, investment programs, business infrastructure, marketing and environment protection.
