Business Strategies in Bosnia & Herzegovina Enterprises

Economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina is very bad and there is no chance to be improved soon. The business strategies applied by management in private and non- privatised enterprises are oriented towards current affairs, obtaining good results from it and from the present situation on the market where the rules and criteria are not the same as in the countries with developed market economy. Although such behaviour may be considered logical and market oriented, it is not good from the point of view of a successful business in the future period, since the enterprises are not preparing for successful doing business in accordance with market principles and criteria of success. The most important thing is to create conditions for development of market economy (fasten the processes of privatisation and transition) and make management liable for the successful business of their enterprises.
