Democratic society and market economy as the determinants of the economic growth enabling self-sustainable position of the state/society
Present state and perspective of entrepreneurship depends on economic system and economic policy FBiH and BiH, inasmuch as the former depend on entire social and political system. The essential problem corresponds to the fact that the economy can move upwards in a strictly defined circumstance ; without these strictly defined practice the economy is not capable producing financial means to provide the public needs for functioning all segments necessary for the state BiH to survive in general. If these suppositions cannot be realized the State BiH, as the present creation (Dayton and other agreements) won’t be able to function, (having no its own revenues to be collected from taxation of economy) or survive. The State BiH is enormously expensive and the exisiting underdeveloped economy is not able to finance adequately the public need of the population and the State (the State is not able to cover its obligations, all the time jeopardizing the social peace and the self-sustainable State -Society). So it is unreal expectation that the economy can have the growth in close future 15.000 dollars per capita income to cover the public need. Consequently, the other solutions must be sought out (essentially how finance the minimal public need of the State - Society until the economy is recovered). In relations with this actual dilemma, the issues are posed how to make the State that would be able to function and at the same time produce economy taxation that won’t jeopardize its competitivness (less costly State).
transition; market economy; tax burden; less costly administration
