INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF WORKERS’ NORM IN GARMENT MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Clothing production is a very complex process that is carried out in specially equipped and organized factories. This type of production is industrial and characterized by high deal of work, high technical equipment of machines and devices, lower time of production, higher productivity, lower product prices and higher quality of production. In the industrial manufacturing process the central place takes man - worker. Therefore, during the organization of manufacturing process it is necessary to focus on the load of workers. This paper presents the performance of workers' norm in garment manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing and ironing). With regard to the organization of the work processes, in the process of cutting and ironing workers are divided in a group of 15 and 17 workers. In the technological process of sewing six teams of workers (6x10 workers) were considered, because the manufacturing process is organized according to a modular principle. Based on calculated norms of workers and the analysis it was found that norms of workers in technological process of cutting, sewing and ironing in most cases are from 95 to 105%. Results of 2 test are shown that the frequency of norms of workers for all processes of garment manufacturing in seven months behave according to the normal distribution, and the other five months there was a statistically significant difference between the obtained and expected frequencies. Based on the ANOVA and Tukey HSD test was determined that the April, May, June and October, contribute most to significantly statistical difference in all technological processes which is result of reduced scope of work due to the changing seasons in the production process.
