Measurements of DVB-T transmitter from TV tower

The paper describes the measurements of electromagnetic fields produced by the DVB-T transmitter from the TV tower of Croatian Television. The TV tower is visible from several faculties in the vicinity and therefore it was interesting to see if the levels of electromagnetic fields measured are within the prescribed international levels for general public or workers. The measurements were performed with Narda SRM 3000 selective radiometer. The results showed that the highest electric field level measured was below 1 V/m even in the vicinity of the transmitter.
