Country Report on Legal Perspectives of Gender Equality in Croatia

The author gives an overview of Croatian legal framework on gender equality and shows its (non)compliance with the EU acquis. She illustrates the functioning of Croatian legal framework with statistical data and gives concluding comments and recommendations meant for improvement of legal framework and its application.
