Influence of the interpersonal communication on the perception of the physical education teaching process
The research has been conducted with the aim of establishing relations between the interpersonal communication of students and the subjective satisfaction of pupils with the teaching process of physical education. The analysis included the sample of 55 female students and 65 male students from the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Split. The dimensions of interpersonal communication were estimated by the observation of the public lessons and a degree of the subjective satisfaction with the teaching process by conducting a poll on pupils. The obtained results confirmed a statistically significant relation of the interpersonal communication and the subjective satisfaction of the pupils with the teaching process, whereat a negative influence of assertion and formality dimension was separated as a significant partial factor.
