Knowledge and human capital are becoming a vital link in ensuring the competitiveness of hotel enterprises. The development of a knowledge-based economy has had a large impact on changes in the HRM function. Efficient and sustainable human resource management (HRM) will became a major factor and facilitator in the process of knowledge management implementation.
