Sažetak
The paper describes experimental tests of the influence of silica fume in mortar composition as well as a part of the curing medium for mortar. For this purpose four different sets of specimens were prepared and tested. Part of the specimens were tested in the standard way after 28 days of curing in controlled conditions (in pure water and water in which is added 10% and 20% silica fume), and other specimens were kept another 28 days in an aggressive environment - the sea water. The results of strength tests in flexure and compression are given.
