Robot intelligence through the concept of evolution
Robot intelligence provokes the numerous questions, but also very strong skepticism. The robot is accepted as an attractive model for the implementation of artificial life. The planning of intelligent robot behavior can be seen as a kind of control system which is expected to provide human-like and autonomous behavior of robots confronted with unknown problems. But, many researchers argue that human-like approaches follow a fruitless course which does not guide to the qualitative substitution of human work. What is the secret of intelligence and can the existing scientific approaches give the answers?
