Organization formation model for 21st century
The general model for organization formation of 21st century starts from these elements categories: environment (geopolitical and sociopolitical), market conditions, business challenges related to competition, management strategy, management methodology and support to management by the information technology. The management methodology for formation, namely organization shaping for 21st century, should start from the so called "learning organization", which appreciates common learning, and neglects individual one. The organization learning model comprises four phases, i.e. processes, and that: knowledge acquiring, information placing, information interpretation and organizational memorizing. It is a complex, hard and long-term and still successful way for theoretical shaping of organization for 21st century and an adequate application of management in economic and social reality.
