MANAGEMENT OF CULTURE CONTENTS OFFER IN A TOURIST DESTINATION
The actuality of topic is defined by the question, how to increase the competitive advantage of a tourist destination based on specific tourist contents, which are associated to contents in culture. Culture contents should increase the competitive advantages of tourist destination. The goal of work starts from the current assumption that contents and programs in culture are a factor of increasing customer satisfaction in terms of increasing the overall competitiveness of a specific tourist destination. Model of research are programs, facilities and contents in the culture of tourist destinations of the Croatian part of Adriatic, which represent more than 20% of tourist overnight stays and tourist traffic on the Croatian Adriatic. The paper discusses the types of events and facilities in culture, based on the content and structure of an offer, as well as the importance for a tourist offer. Events in culture are observed through all management functions, which by their range and models of application are complex (methods of planning, organizing, managing and controlling) in conducting certain manifestation in culture as part of a tourist offer.
