Climatic fluctuations of temperature caused by cloudiniess
Filtering of temperature series may cancel out positive and negative influences of heat advection but not those of cloudiness which always act in the same way: they lessen the amount of incoming solar radiation (a negative forcing) and also the amount of outgoing terrestrial radiation (a positive forcing). This duality of cloudiness forcing emerges in the series of temperature climatic normals at several places at Europe. It was found at Zagreb (Croatia), that an increase of cloudiness up to about 6 tenths has a positive forcing, while a further increase of cloudiness causes a decrease of cloudiness climatic normals. One is prompted to conclude that a general increase of temperature in Europe is not due to anthropogenic influences but also to enhanced advection of water vapour and cloudiness to our continent, in dependence on characteristic patterns of the atmospheric general circulation.
