Who needs information from Cyberworld, after all?

"Chaos." "Information chaos." "Garbage in - garbage out." "Copyright violation." "Fraud." "Stealing." Those are some of the most frequent words used when referring to the content on Internet and information activities of users. Is information from Internet useful, reliable, authentic, legal, moral, ethical? Is it just a huge fad or our future? Is it worth the effort to find and verify it? Is it worth publishing on Internet? Do all these questions matter? Do we have a choice? How important, not only for every organization but also for every individual, is it to be "Internet literate" and "Internet present"? What knowledge and skills comprise "Internet literacy"? What are the tasks and responsibilities of individuals and society in acquiring the minimum level of new literacy? What is the task of a publisher and how it changes in cyberworld? Is everyone going to become an active author, and a publisher, too? What is the real purpose of copyright and do we need it anymore? Is there indecent or illegal information? Should we and could we get protected from it?
