Ecology and wood adhesives

The environmental pollution through adhesives used in wood technology is an issue resulting from the increasing application of synthetic adhesives. Presented are some adhesives or their components that particularly hazardous for human health. Besides establishing the allowed concentrations in air and water for certain harmful substances, we have also described the methods of avoiding these problems. A separate issue is thinner emission from finished products.
