Utjecaj nastavne tehnologije na razvoj kompetencija studenata glazbe
The art of good preparation and carrying out lessons using appropriate procedures, methods, techniques, in a word - technology, denotes a modern school. The success of a teaching process greatly depends on the professional competence of teachers and their knowledge of modern teaching technology. Therefore, the final outcome of teacher education should be to achieve a high level of psycho-pedagogical knowledge and didactic competencies required for work in school and outside school. The course curricula and contents described in this paper are defined in this direction. The goal is to prepare students for a competitive labor market in our country and in the world, to connect all levels of music education - from kindergarten to university, and to popularize music art. In order to determine the relationship between traditional teaching methods and lectures with the use of multimedia, a research has been conducted that showed that music students positively evaluated the use of multimedia in lessons. They perceive such lessons as effective, useful, understandable, interesting, dynamic, instructive and high-quality, because they allow savings in time and match to contemporary teacher discourse.
