Website evolution using and adapted or modified model/instrument

The paper analyzes web sites design and usability from a customer’s value added perspective. It suggests that some of the perceptual and satisfaction differences among users from various regions can be explained using Geert Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory. This model can serve as a valid basis through which web site designers could adapt their sites to enhance their usability and acceptance.
