STATICAL AND DYNAMICAL TESTS OF ADHESIVE PRESTRESSED REINFORCED ELEMENTS CONTAINING FLY ASH
Great costs of building materials are often cited as a disadvantage of prestressed structures. In the Previous practice in Croatia, it was used cement of type CEM I 52, 5 R / N as a binder. After 2006, when standard EN 450-1 was accepted, there are possibility for flying ash use in concrete, but up to now it had not a practice. National regulations prohibits use of calcium fly ash, because of potential danger for reinforcement corrosion. In this paper, it was previously made adhesive prestressed reinforced concrete elements with cement replacement with 25% of siliceous and calcium fly ash. All mechanical and durability properties of concrete was investigated, as a load carrying capacity of prestressed beams.
