In the research of the Bologna Process employability has been analyzed in several aspects, such is the representation of professional practice within the curricula, perceptions of students and teachers on student preparation for the labour market, ect. Research results indicate that there is the need for certain actions that should contribute to the employability of bachelors and to development of necessary labor market competences of graduate students. The biggest problem, reported in all segments of the research is recognition of bachelors at the labor market. Recognition of bachelors is connected with the definition of their labor market oriented competencies and that is another complex issue that has to be concern in near future.
