The Croatian Constitutional Court upholds the judgment of the Administrative Court confirming its previous position on the application of EU competition rules (Tisak)
Tisak d.d., one of the two biggest wholesale distributors of newspapers in Croatia, submitted on 6 May 2010 a constitutional complaint to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia against a judgement of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia which confirmed a decision adopted by the Croatian Competition Agency on 15 October 2007 which established that Tisak (and Distri-Press d.o.o.) had abused their collective dominant position on the market for wholesale distribution of daily general-information newspapers in Croatia. On 17 February 2011 the Constitutional Court unanimously rejected the constitutional complaint which was submitted solely by Tisak.
