(EN)The invention relates to a controllable ribbed thermoinsulative chamber of continually adjustable thickness, which is used to pneumatically determine its thermal conductivity. The invention describes the manned of constructing such a chamber and the manner of controlling it. The abovementioned chamber is used in designing articles of clothing with a self -regulating thermal insulation. One or more chambers are used in the construction, together with adequate devices for controlling and monitoring the workings of thermoinsulative chambers. Special attention is paid to the construction of forced ventilation of the garments designed in the above way. The garments designed in the above way are suitable for police usage, maintenance services, watchmen services, security of the open objects and premises, workers in cold storages, athletes like mountain climbers, alpinists, sailing boaters and the like, wherever the temperature of the environment is radically changed in the course of usage. (FR)La présente invention a trait à un compartiment thermo-isolant nervuré réglable dont l’épaisseur peut être modifiée en continu, permettant une régulation pneumatique de sa conductivité thermique. L’invention concerne le procédé de construction dudit compartiment ainsi que le procédé de réglage de celui-ci. Le compartiment mentionné ci-dessus est utilisée pour la création d’articles d’habillement équipés d’une isolation thermique à autorégulation. Un ou plusieurs compartiments sont utilisées dans la construction du l'article, en association avec des dispositifs appropriés pour le réglage et la surveillance du fonctionnement des compartiments thermo- isolants. Une attention toute particulière est portée à la construction de la ventilation forcée des vêtements réalisés de cette manière. Les vêtements ainsi conçus peuvent être utilisés par la police, les services d’entretien, les services de surveillance, les services veillant à la sécurité des objets et locaux libres d’accès, le personnel travaillant dans des chambres froides, les sportifs tels que les grimpeurs, les alpinistes, les navigateurs et similaires, chaque fois que la température environnante change radicalement en cours d’usage.
