Sažetak
In order to occur and develop, organizational learning (OL) requires a set of specific prerequisites to be fulfilled. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze OL prerequisites in Croatian companies as well as OL development through various levels and to examine the relationship between two aforementioned variables. To accomplish given objective, the author has conducted a survey on the sample of 66 Croatian companies. The results obtained via SPSS 17.0 indicate medium to strong presence of OL prerequisites in Croatian companies, moderate development of OL through three given levels and significant relationship between two mentioned variables.
