Compositional variation of optical pseudogap and refractive index in crystals of Cu_6PS_5I_(1-x)Clx solid solutions

Influence of anionic substitution of halogen atoms on spectral position and shape of optical absorption edge as well as refractive index dispersion in crystals of Cu_6PS_5I_(1-x)Cl_x solid solutions are studied. Interrelation between compositional dependences of optical pseudogap, refractive indices and lattice parameters are shown for solid solutions crystals under investigations.
