Fazovie perehodi i procesi razuporjadocheniya v kristalah tvjordih rastvorov Cu_6PS_5I_(1-x)Cl_x.

Cu_6PS_5I_(1-x)Cl_x mixed crystals were grown using chemical vapour transport. Isoabsorption investigations of optical absorption edge and optical polarization measurements were performed in the temperature range 77-320 K ; the x, T-diagram for Cu_6PS_5I_(1-x)Cl_x mixed crystals is constructed. The Urbach behaviour of optical absorption edge at high absorption levels in the range of direct optical transitions was studied and influence of composional disorder on Urbach absorption edge and exiton-phonon interaction parameters are determined.
