Adapted E-model and dynamic adjustment of VoIP parameters

Optimisation is the aim of each activity, implying procedures and actions decreasing costs and making the system more effective. Here the measurement values are presented obtained from the operational network and, in parallel, under the same conditions, the subjective information on the service quality. The measured values are compared with the current model ; the way of simplification and use of that model is presented in view of construction of the structure that can optimise VoIP communication based on simple information. The paper's objective is to compare the experimental results of MOS assessments with calculated values of R parameter. The paper also presents the proposal of agent structure for optimisation of quality of VoIP communication.
